4-Day Retreat at Monte da Orada, Portugal

This retreat took participants deep into nature, offering morning meditations and breath work followed by dynamic yoga sessions to energise the body. Guests enjoyed refreshing swims in a stunning aqueduct, hiking through scenic trails, and indulging in afternoon restorative yoga to relax. Unique experiences like Gong meditation and Yoga Nidra created moments of deep calm after nourishing evening meals. The retreat also featured a fun pizza night that brought everyone together for a truly restorative and community-focused getaway.

7-Day Retreat at Buddha Retreats, Portugal

Set in the tranquil Buddha Retreats, this week-long escape provided a perfect balance of dynamic and restorative yoga. Morning meditations and invigorating yoga practices set the tone for peaceful days, which included trips to the sea and powerful drum meditation sessions. A special highlight was the reflective ritual where participants wrote down what they wanted to release from their lives and symbolically burned these notes. With a longer stay, this retreat allowed for deeper self-exploration, physical rejuvenation, and connection with nature.

Long Weekend Mini Retreat, Corfu

This retreat offered a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in the beautiful surroundings of Corfu.
